3rd shift Hours:
Sun - Thurs 9.
30pm - 6amJob Overview Schedule and perform installation, preventative maintenance, and replacement of pneumatic, electric, electronic and variable frequency drive control heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control systems.
Provide skilled experience with many aspects of heating, ventilation, water analysis, and air conditioning maintenance throughout the facility.
Maintain associated equipment to optimum efficiency and safety levels.
Install/repair lights; replace bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures as needed.
Repair plumbing and mechanical equipment and maintain all aspects of building maintenance as necessary.
Encourage relationships with outside vendors for repairs and supply purchases.
assist in maintenance Emergency Power Generators and assist Lead with monthly testing of equipment.
Maintain preventative maintenance work orders and maintain equipment records, repair manuals, drawings and operating logs for compliance of state / JCAHO regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Additional Information High School Diploma required.
1-3 years' experience in all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC and refrigeration.
Experience with work order and preventative maintenance systems preferred.
Pay Range $20.
35 - $33.
52Placement within the identified pay range is based on individual and market factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, credentials (including licenses and certifications), geographic location, market competition, skill set (including market availability of required skills), assigned/anticipated job tasks, and level of responsibility.
