EMT 12hr Shift - SR

ResponsibilitiesEmergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Ambulance Provides emergency care at the scene of an accident or other emergency.
Responsibilities involve preparation for response, response, delivery of care, transportation, documentation, and post response duties.
Attends to patients being transported by ambulance on non-emergency calls and is responsible for the patient's safety en route.
Under the supervision of a paramedic, delivery of emergency patient care such as administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen and resuscitation with an ambu bag.
Also may participate in life safety programs, community awareness programs, and other programs as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Minimum Education:
High school graduate or equivalent required.
Required Minimum
Experience:
Experience as an EMT highly preferred.
Required Minimum Certification:
Current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the state of Georgia.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
Must possess a valid Class C driver's license.
Must complete annual training and CEU requirements.
Maintains current AHA CPR certification.
Required Minimum Skills:
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) required.
Demonstrate willingness to be a team-player and a self-starter required.
Proficiency obtaining vital signs using manual processes required.
Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Cpr Communication Health Care Patient Assessment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
